Solar (MAMAMOO) DIET

3 Day Fruit Diet

Disclaimer: You should not be doing heavily restrictive dieting for longer than 3 days as it could cause damage to your metabolism

Solar Stats: 
Weight before starting: 46.5 kg / 102.5 lbs
Height: 161 cm / 5 ft. 3 inches


Breakfast: 1/2 apple, 1 sweet potato, 1 glass of soy milk
Lunch: 1/2 bowl of brown rice, or around 3/4 cup cooked, 1/2 chicken breast, 15 grapes (she eats Campbell grapes)
Snack: 1/2 chicken breast, 1 persimmon
Dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 persimmon

Exercise: Solar had dance practice every day. It looks like she did around 1 hour of aerobic exercise each day. 

Total calories: ~740 calories for the entire day

Solar stated in the video that you should be punctual with your eating times. She even skipped the last meal on day 1 because it was too late, and eating off schedule could cause your body to hold on to the extra body fat. 

Weight after the three days: 44.9 kg / 99 lbs

In total, Solar lost 1.6 kg / 3.5 lbs.
